How is this different from hiring a VA, OBM, or consultant?

Unlike a VA or OBM, we own strategic execution, not just tasks. And unlike a consultant, we embed into your business and lead ongoing operations. You’re not getting advice; you’re getting high-level leadership and hands-on results.

What exactly does a fractional Chief of Staff do?

Will you work with my existing team and systems?

How quickly can we get started?

Once we have an initial discovery call, we typically begin onboarding within 1–2 weeks. Our onboarding process is designed to move fast while aligning deeply with your existing business rhythm.

What’s the difference between a Chief of Staff and a Fractional Integrator?

A Chief of Staff is your strategic execution partner. They are focused on aligning people, priorities, and communication across the company. A Fractional Integrator (typically using the EOS® model) leads the business day-to-day, managing leadership, metrics, and operations.

We offer multiple flexible monthly options that work for any business. It just depends on the the level of support you need. You get a dedicated operator who functions like a senior internal team member; without the full-time cost.

Can you help with hiring and team management?
